sport808 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully in its entirety before using the sport808 platform. By registering or using this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and sport808 ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the sport808 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all provisions of these Terms.
To use the sport808 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- At least 18 years old or the applicable legal age in Malaysia, whichever is higher.
- Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not an individual who has been excluded or barred from using this platform.
- Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or intermediary for any third party.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the sport808 platform. The platform reserves the right to reject registration applications or terminate access for users found not to meet the eligibility requirements above.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only allowed to register one (1) account on the sport808 platform. Creating multiple accounts for the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other identifying information — is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
During registration, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times.
- Choosing a strong password and keeping it secure.
- Not sharing your login credentials with any other party.
- Notifying sport808 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
Sport808 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
Suspended or closed account policy: sport808 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: suspected fraud, platform abuse, breach of these Terms, illegal activity, or the use of automated systems (bots) to access the platform. Any balance in an account closed due to fraud will be forfeited.
3. Payment Information, Deposits & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All transactions on the sport808 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports several local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, Maybank online banking, and other supported local banks. The full list of available payment methods is displayed on the platform's wallet page.
General payment terms are as follows:
- All deposits must be made using a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name.
- Third-party deposits are not permitted — sport808 reserves the right to reject and return any deposit originating from a third party.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the deposit.
- Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to change — check the wallet page for the latest information.
- Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and current conditions — typically between one and three business days.
Sport808 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes. If a review identifies suspicious activity, the platform reserves the right to reverse the transaction and take further action, including account termination.
4. Platform Usage Rules & Limitation of Liability
Users agree to use the sport808 platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
- Using automation software, scripts, bots, or any other tools that simulate human actions to access or interact with the platform.
- Engaging in fraudulent activity, including collusion across multiple accounts to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
- Copying, modifying, or distributing any content or software from the platform without prior written consent.
- Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.
Limitation of Liability: sport808 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. The platform makes no express or implied warranty that the service will be available at all times without interruption or free from errors. Any damage, loss, or liability arising from technical disruptions, system errors, or events beyond the platform's control is limited to the extent permitted under Malaysian law.
Sport808 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of revenue, data loss, or unforeseeable damages arising from the use of the platform.
5. Intellectual Property & Platform Content
All content on the sport808 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, interface designs, text, graphics, software, databases, and source code — is the exclusive property of sport808 or its licensors. This content is protected under Malaysian copyright, trademark, and applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are not permitted to:
- Reproducing, modifying, distributing, or selling any platform content without prior written consent.
- Using the sport808 trademark or brand name in any way that is misleading or implies an official affiliation that does not exist.
- Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the platform's source code.
Any content uploaded by a user to the platform will be considered a non-exclusive licence granted to sport808 to use that content for platform operations. Users are responsible for ensuring that any content they upload does not infringe on third-party rights.
6. Changes to Terms, Third-Party Links, and Applicable Law
Changes to Terms: sport808 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Third-Party Links: The sport808 platform may contain references to or integrations with third-party services. sport808 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Users access any third-party links or services entirely at their own risk.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
